I have got 6 tins of chickpeas in my cupboard, has anybody got a good recipe for houmous, mine is always disappointing.

    • Hi Beth,

Get a jar of thini (sesame seed paste). empty one of your tins into bowl add a couple of tablespoons of thini, 2 cloves of garlic, salt & pepper and blend with a hand blender. taste seaon if necessary and sprinkle with a little Cayenne pepper

      Humous done!

      Grigor

        cheers!

  • Just had a fantastic lunch with the Forrests and we had Grigor’s Morrocan Lamb, it was gorgeous. I am still so full I can barely move! We’ll be trying this one for ourselves, thank you xx
