Really easy to make and a million times better than shop bought, go on treat yourself!

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Mix ingredients together in a bowl, knead well for 10 mins, let the dough rise for at least 1 hour, then knock it back again. Preheat oven to 180c.
  2. Take small pieces and roughly make pittas shapes then roll with a heavy rolling pin to about 5 mm thick. Place on a lightly greased baking tray and cook in oven for about 5 mins /9they should be starteing to puff up), then turn and cook for another 5 mins or so.

    oh we just had these – they were lovely!!! i always find i am impatient with kneading, but it didn’t matter, the dough rose beautifully and they were gorgeous! quick, easy and really yummy. thankyoooou! a new family favourite!
