Beans (baked beans are fine!!!)
Tinned Tomatoes – chopped or whole, either is fine

Tinned Anchovies
Tinned Sweetcorn
Dried Pasta (Wholemeal is more filling and much better for you)
Rice (Brown is more filling and much better for you)
Dried Egg Noodles
Risotto Rice
Cous Cous
Plain Flour
Self Raising Flour
Sugar
Cocoa Powder
Jar of Olives
Chorizo Sausage – dry cured which can be cupboard stored – they last ages and are delicious!
Bottles and Spices
Salt
Pepper
Olive oil
Vegetable Stock – Tub is probably easiest (cubes also fine)
Curry Powder
Ground cumin
Ground coriander
Smoked Paprika
Chinese Five Spice
Ground Cinnamon
Dried Oregano
Chilli Powder / Cayenne Pepper
Balsamic Vinegar
White Wine Vinegar
Mustard – Dijon and English
Soy Sauce
Fish sauce – if you like Thai food
For the freezer
Quorn mince – versatile, healthy, tasty and can be cooked from frozen!
Quorn Sausages – versatile, healthy, tasty and can be cooked from frozen!
Quorn pieces – versatile, healthy, tasty and can be cooked from frozen!
Frozen beef mince – you can cook this from frozen
Frozen prawns – they defrost quickly
Peas
Spinach
Sweetcorn
Lemongrass – if you use it, I keep mine in the freezer snd use it straight from there
