This is a soupy stew/salad mix- very flexible and forgiving and easy- canned or dried black beans with avocado, tomatoes,green beans,cabbage , tortilla chips and cheese!
Quantities depend on how many people you are feeding -

I Amin Sri Lanka and have just been to the veg shop…..I bought aubergines, ginger,pineapple, tomatoes, a cucumber and rice.
I will post what becomes of this lot with the addition of coconut and spices.
Should be interesting. -

This is a staple of Sri Lankan cooking which is delicious with rice, bread, salads.
Worth doing if you have the time and want something different and a bit tasty.
It is addictive. -
