Roasted cauliflower

So easy and so tasty! This goes with anything from roasts to curries.

Ingredients

  • 1 Large Cauliflower Pulled into bite sized florets
  • 1 Tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1 Tsp Chilli Flakes Optional
  • 1 Tsp Maldon Salt Flakes Or table salt- about half tsp
  • 1-2 Tbs Olive Or Sunflower Oil Enough to coat the pieces

Instructions

  1. Divide the cauliflower into florets and slice the core into chunks. Mix the dry ingredients together Coat the cauliflower in oil and coat all in the spices.
  2. Roast in a medium hot oven until cooked but still a bit crunchy with some tasty charred bits! This should be about 40 mins, but will depend on the size of the pieces.
