A big favourite for those chilly nights! You can let this slow cook for ages, the meat is lovely and tender then, I would say an hour and a half at least!

This is a great back up meal, as you can use whichever vegetables you have in and need to use up – easy to adapt to taste and also good with frozen veg. You can’t go wrong!

Banana and Nutella Cake

I really like the idea of banana and nutella together, the oaty muffin recipe is good, but to me this works better… I have tried it a few times now and was happiest with this little adaptation! You can make a big cake, or bake as individual muffins. I found that the oil makes these stay nice and moist, so they are good hot or cold.

A simple, and quick version of a Thai classic. You can make it as spicy as you like, and adapt the ingredients as you like. I use the sauce as a base, and just use whatever I have in. Nice and easy!

This was a but of an experiment, and it was absolutely delicious, probably best served cold, with dark chocolate. if you are a total chocoholic like me you could make a chocolate topping instead, or use a dessert spoon of nutella, marbelling it with yummy chocolate gooeyness!!
