This is a delicious and wholesome broth which is a meal in itself. Enjoy with some crusty bread for a filling supper.
Onion and whiskey chutney
This is great with goats cheese in particular, in a tart or quiche, but it is also great as a side with cold meats. Good for summer picnics!
Shortcrust pastry – made quick and easy
This is an easy pastry to put together, ideal for pies, tarts, quiches, flans etc. I do it by hand as I find it easy to do, but you can easily use a food processor, just pulse to mix adding the water little by little.
Courgette and Chocolate Cake
This really is delicious, the courgette helps to keep it nice and moist. A great way to use up any courgettes. 🙂
