Quick and easy Banana chutney
Ooh, it’s beginning to smell alot like Christmas!!
This is an unusual chutney, but it’s really tasty! Enjoy with some leftover turkey, or some nice cheeses! You could also try it mixed with yoghurt for a dip? Why not! Takes around 10 days to mature, so start soon and you can try it out in time for Christmas.
Stovies – The perfect Scottish Stew
This is comfort food at it’s best!!! We had this at our wedding reception, and we usually have a big pot of it on the stove on Hogmonay for folk to help themselves too, great party food! This is also great for leftovers, you can use cooked meat, leftover gravy, and leftover veg from a Sunday Roast – so nothing is wasted!
