Moroccan spiced and roasted lamb shoulder
A variation of Grigors marinated lamb. An easy and very tasty alternative to a traditional roast. You can serve with new potatoes and seasonal veg, or with quinoa (my new favourite thing!!) and veg. The other great thing about this recipe is that you get lamb shoulder in any supermarket already deboned and butterflied (it is usually rolled up) so you can buy as big or small a piece as you like. Very versatile!!!
Try serving with some of this too – http://www.myingredients.com/recipes/yoghurt-and-mint-sauce/
Sicilian squash and chickpea stew

This is delicious and moist. It is quite sweet, so you can adjust the ingredients to suit your own taste.
The best Carrot cake
We made this for our comic relief cake off, it disappeared super fast! 🙂 Delicious, moist and light… what more could you ask for?!
Ginger star biscuits
Get in the christmas spirit with these tasty treats! You can decorate these and then hang them on your Christmas tree, or they make sweet little gifts. As you can see, we made all sorts of shapes, and went with a Pudsey Bear theme. 🙂
Apple crumble
Great pudding for the winter months. I often make the filling, and then freeze it so it’s just ready for topping – nice and easy.
