An absolutely delicious, indulgent pudding. Fondants can be tricky, but this was has not let me down yet! Enjoy with some cream, or ice cream, or just on it's own.

  1. Preheat your oven to 200c / 400F / gas mark 6. Lightly butter 4 ramekins, may make extra depening on the size of your ramekins!
  2. Place the butter and chocolate in a bowl and melt gently over a pan of simmering water. Or very gently melty down in the microwave - this will take seconds rather than minutes - be warned!
  3. Beat the eggs and sugar together, then add the flour. Gently fold in the buttery chocolate into the eggs, sugar and flour.
  4. Pour into your ramekins, then cook in the oven for 10-12 mins, your fondants should have risen nicely. Enjoy straight away - delicious!!!!

Really easy to make and very tasty. You could easily get 6 fondants from this recipe, it is very rich so a small portion is fine.
