This is a really simple, but delicious Indonesian dish. Nice and healthy, with lots of veg and especially so if you use brown rice.
Ingredients
- 700 Grams Rice
- 2 Large Onions Sliced, or chopped, finely
- 3 Cloves Garlic Finely sliced
- 4 Fresh Red Chillies Deseeded and sliced
- 2-3 Tbsp Groundnut Oil
- 50 Ml Kecap Manis Sweet soy sauce
- Chilli Paste Like sambal oelek
- 2 Carrots Peeled and sliced into this strips
- 3 Pepper Mixed - Deseeded and sliced
- 5 Spring Onions / Scallions Sliced
- 1 Handful Green Beans Roughly chopped
- 4 Free Range Eggs Fried, but soft in the middle
