  1. Place the turkey pieces, onion, courgettes, and tomatoes in a bowl, drizzle with the pesto, toss well then thread onto skewers. If they are wooden skewers soak them in water first to prevent burning.
  2. Preheat the grill to medium, cook for 10-12 minutes, turning regularly, continue until they are cooked through. 2 skewers per person is perfect as a starter.
