This is a delicious and super simple way to cook Tuna. I sometimes find Tuna can be disappointing if it is too dry, but this is always really tasty and never lets me down!

This is a delicious and super simple way to cook Tuna. I sometimes find Tuna can be disappointing if it is too dry, but this is always really tasty and never lets me down!

  1. Heat the oil in a large, shallow pan (one with a lid), add the garlic and cook for a few minutes. Then add the tuna and 2 tbsp of water. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and sprinkle with the parsley. Cover and cook on a low heat for about 20 minutes, add the vinegar and cook until it has evaporated. Serve with leftover juice drizzled over. Delicious with a salad, or any seasonal veg and new potatoes.
