  1. Toss the pork in the teriyaki sauce, cover and marinade for at least 10 mins. Also, place the thinly sliced cucumber in a dish and sprinkle with the vinegar, sugar, and a pinch of salt - mix well and set aside.
  2. Thread the pork and pepper onto skewers, and brush with some oil, grill for 10-12 mins turning regularly until cooked through. Can be served with salad, rice, pittas or whatever you fancy! Enjoy!
