Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Boil your cleaned and prepared octopus in salted water for just over an hour until it is nice and tender, add your potatoes and boil for a further 10 mins until they a soft too. Remove the octopus and let it cool before cutting. Drain your potatoes and set aside. Gently fry and soften the garlic in a pan with some olive oil, mix in with the octopus.
  2. Cut the octopus into bite size slices, and slice the potatoes. Arrange the potato slices on a serving plate, and place the slices of octopus on top. Drizzle with some olive oil, season with salt, pepper and a generous helping of smoked paprika. Really nice with garlic mayonnaise too. Gorgeous!
