Sweet potato wedges

These are healthy and go with just about anything!

  1. Preheat your oven to 200c. Peel your sweet potato and cut into wedges. I often cut them in half lengthwise too if they are big. Drizzle with oil and toss around in the baking tray with salt and pepper, then bake for approx 35 mins until nice and golden, and crispy in the edges! Turn half way through cooking.
