Stir fried chilli pork with cashew nuts

  1. Cut the pork into thin strips, about 2 inches long. Put in a bowl and add the marinade ingredients. Leave for a min of 10 mins, longer if you can.
  2. Heat the wok, and add the oil when it is very hot add the pork slices, salt and pepper and stir fry for 2 mins. remove the pork with a slotted spoon, add the cashew nuts and stir fry for a minute, then add the rest of the ingredients, keeping back the onions. Return the pork to the wok and stir fry for a further couple of minutes, garnish with the onions and serve immediately.
