Steamed seabass with ginger and spring onions

An easy and nutritious way to introduce fish into your weekly diet.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Place fish on the plate which can fit into a steamer.
  2. Stuff some of the fish with the ginger and spring onions. Use the rest of the giner and spring onions to place on top of the fish.
  3. Season with sat and pepper
  4. Add a drizzle of vegetable oil
  5. Place the fish into the steamer
  6. Once ready, add the soy sauce and fish is ready to be served

    We’ve tried this with this ‘sauce’ – Heat two tbsps of sesame oil and pour over garlic,ginger,and chillies sprinkled on the fish.
