  1. To make your own honey and mustard sauce follow this link http://www.myingredients.com/recipes/honey-and-mustard-sauce/ Alternatively use about half a jar of shop bought sauce
  2. Now, preheat the oven to 200c, 180c (fan) or gas mark 6 Separate the sausages and mix with the potatoes, carrots and 1tbsp of olive oil. Then arrange in a large roasting tin, bake in the oven for approx 15 mins. Remove and give it all another mix around.
  3. Now toss the red onion, and pear in the remaining oil, and add to the tray. Spread evenly and then drizzle over the sauce and return to the oven for 20-25 mins, until cooked through, bubbling and golden. Serve with a garnish of fresh thyme.
