Roquefort and potatoe tart

Delicious potatoe and Roquefort tart, easy to make and perfect with a green salad.

Instructions

  1. Wash potatoes and slice finely. Boil in pan for 10 minutes, drain and dry with cloth or kitchen roll. Put pastry in tin and prick with fork. Layer potatoes on base of quiche tin, then sprinkle Roquefort. Mix cream, egg yolk, add salt, pepper and pinch of nutmeg, then pour over quiche. Bake in preheated oven at 180 for 50 minutes. Serve with crispy salad. Enjoy!
