This is one of my favourite family meals. Easy to do and you can add any vegetables you like. Use qourn pieces, qourn meatballs or smoked tofu.

This is one of my favourite family meals. Easy to do and you can add any vegetables you like. Use qourn pieces, qourn meatballs or smoked tofu.

Instructions

  1. Boil noodles according to the instructions, drain and toss with oil.
  2. Heat 3 tbsp of oil in wok. Fry onion, garlic and ginger for 2-3 minutes
  3. Add qourn and fry for another 2 minutes
  4. Add the carrots (any vegetables you like) and fry for 3 minutes.
  5. Spoon in the honey, soy sauce, lemon or lime juice and water. Simmer for 1 minute.
  6. Add cooked noodles and nuts- heat through. Serve with a sprinkling of corriander
