Pork Slices in honey and ginger sauce

Soaked and glazed in an aromatic marinade, then quickly roasted. An inexpensive cut of meat too. :)

Instructions

  1. Mix the marinade ingredients together in a large dish, add the pork pieces and leave to marinade for a min of 6 hours. Turn the meat occasionally.
  2. Preheat your oven to 180c, and place the pork pieces on a wire rack over a baking tray. Cook for 40-45 mins, until tender. Baste with the marinade throughout cooking to keep it from drying.
  3. Cut into slices to serve. You can enjoy this hot or cold.
