Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in a pot of boiling water for approx 8-10 minutes, as per instructions,
  2. Whilst the pasta cooks, melt the butter in a large frying pan, add the chilli and Rosemary, and warm over a low heat for a couple of minutes. Turn up the heat and add the runner beans and pine nuts, cook for another 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally until tender.
  3. Drain the pasta, toss with a little olive oil, then mix with the beans etc. take everything off the heat now, and crumble in the goats cheese, mixing gently. If the 'sauce' seems too thick, or you think it is a little too dry add a little boiling water and mix well. Season with salt, pepper and a drizzle of olive oil if you fancy. Delicious!
