Instructions

  1. Pre heat oven 220c Cook the parsnips for about 3 mins. Drain then rinse in cold water.
  2. Coat the parsnips in the oil and rosemary and season well.
  3. Gather 3-5 sticks per bundle, wrap a piece of pancetta/bacon around each bundle.
  4. Place oven dish and cook until parsnips are golden and pancetta/bacon is crispy.
