This is a great recipe recommended by my lovely friend Orla. It is easy to rustle up on the spur of the moment from your store cupboard. I always try to have these basics in, inexpensive and they always work together.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Warm the olive oil in a pan and add the garlic, dried chilli flakes, and chopped anchovies. Stir well and cook for a couple of minutes, turn up and add the tinned tomatoes now. Let this cool for about 20 minutes so it can thicken up and absorb all the flavour. Cook your spaghetti as per instructions, now add the olives and capers to the sauce for the last couple of minutes. Toss together with the drained pasta, serve and enjoy!
