Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200c. Lightly grease your baking tray of choice - either a tin with individual pockets for cakes etc, or round baking trays for large puds. Make a well in the centre of the flour, add the eggs and gradually mix with a fork to make a paste.
  2. Gradually add the milk until you have a smooth batter, it should be the consistency of single cream. You can add extra milk (only a tiny bit at a time) if you think the batter is too thick. Let the mixture sit for 10 mins.
  3. Now add the mix to the trays, it only needs to be about 1cm deep, now bake in a hot oven for 10-15 mins for mini puddings or 15-20 mins for the giant ones. Delicious straight away, but can also be frozen and reheated for another occasion.
