A big hit with the kids and great for using left over veg

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in the sauce pan and fry the onion and leeks for 2 minutes.
  2. Add the carrots, potato, french beans and celery and fry for 2 minutes.
  3. Then add the vegetable stock and simmer, covered for 15 minutes.
  4. Add the pasta and the frozen peas as well as baked beans and continue to cook for another 10 minutes. Season to taste.
