Microwave raspberry and white chocolate pudding

Good time saving pudding that can be made in a flash

Ingredients

  • 3 oz Wholemeal Self Raising Flour
  • 1 Egg
  • 3 Oz Butter
  • 3 Oz Sugar
  • Handful Of Raspberries Fresh or frozen
  • Handful Of White Chocolate Buttons

Instructions

  1. Button a microwave dish and place raspberries in it
  2. Blend butter and sugar together
  3. Add flour into mixture and stir. Then add the egg. The mixture needs to be moist rather than dry. Add milk to form a wet mixture.
  4. Place in microwave on full power for 1 mixture. Then take out and stir. Repeat until the mixture rises to your desire. Serve with ice cream or cream.
