Meatballs in tomato sauce

  1. Preheat your oven to 180c. Mix the meatball ingredients together in a large bowl with your hands, and ensure all is mixed thoroughly. Then separate out small spoonfuls of mix and mold into small rounds. Place on a baking tray, bake in the oven for approx 25 minutes. Whilst these are cooking put together your sauce.
  2. For the sauce - Heat the oil in pot, add the onion and garlic and soften for a few minutes. Now add the herbs, and give it all a good stir before adding the tinned tomatoes and purée, and water allow to simmer Henry for approx 15 mins.
  3. Serve the sauce drizzled over the meatballs with spaghetti.
