Mango and Avocado Salsa

This is a great side to have with fish, chicken, steaks… anything really!! It really is all good stuff, so a great thing to have when you are trying to be healthy. You can make this is as spicy or even sweet as you like by varying the amount of chilli, and mango.

This is a great side to have with fish, chicken, steaks... anything really!! It really is all good stuff, so a great thing to have when you are trying to be healthy. You can make this is as spicy or even sweet as you like by varying the amount of chilli, and mango.

Ingredients

  • 1 small Red Onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic finely chopped
  • 1 large whole Avocado or 2 small, peeled, stone removed and cubed
  • 1 whole Mango cut open lenghtwise, cube and scoop out - removing stone
  • 1 whole Chilli deseede and finely chopped
  • 1 handful Fresh Coriander chopped
  • 1/2 Lime juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix your prepared ingredients together in a medium sized bowl, do this gently if you can to try and keep the avovcado and mango from going smooshy. Garnish with an extra piece of chilli and coriander. Enjoy!!!
