Great wee gifts for any ocassion. We sometimes make our own hampers and put them in with some homemade jam, and nice wine and cheese. That's only if you don't eat them first!!!

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Heat the cream, sugar and chocolate in a pan. Stir steadily, once it is all melted and smooth, remove from the heat. Once cool enough, pop it in the fridge for 2-3 hours until completely cool. Using a teaspoon, scrape out little chunks, and mould into ball shapes - all very quick so it doesn't melt too much. Put the chocolate balls on a cold plate, and dust with cocoa powder. Leave separated out in the fridge for another hour or so, then you can store them in an airtight container for approx 3 weeks (If you can make them last that long!!!)
