  1. Gently fry the onion, garlic and ginger in a pot for a few minutes. Then add the curry powder, and give it all a good stir. Now add the other vegetables (except the cabbage - add this at the end), and stir for a minute. Now add the lentils, and your stock. Give everything a good stir, cover and simmer gently for approx 15 minutes until all of the veg and the lentil are soft. Add the cabbage for the last 5 minutes of cooking, then blend and enjoy.
