Perfect for any occasion! Add to your biscuit mix, stir into your brownies, have it with ice cream, in or on a cake, or just on its own! Delicious :) Packaged up in a pretty jar, these would make lovely homemade gifts too xx

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. First melt the sugar very carefully in a heavy based pan, stirring constantly to prevent it from burning. Slowly add the butter and melt, again stirring constantly. Now drizzle the cream in, still on the heat, stirring constantly - be very careful throughout as the hot sugar mix can bubble and splatter. Once all added, allow it to boil for about 1 minute, keep stirring, now remove from the heat and add the salt. Set side and allow to cool. This can keep for a couple of weeks in the fridges covered tightly.
