Homemade Lemonade

Tangy and tasty!



  1. Wash the lemons, and peel three of them with a peeler, try not to include too much white pith.
  2. Place the peel in a pan with the water, bring gently to a simmer and let it simmer for 5 mins. Add the suagr and stir until is had dissolved, now remove from the heat.
  3. Cut the peeled lemons in half, and squeeze as much juice out as possible, or use a juicer if you have one. Stir the juice into the pan, and then let the mixture cool.
  4. Strain the juice through a seive, and pour it into a jug, slice the last lemon and add it to the jug - put it in teh fridge to chill and enjoy with some ice cubes.
