It's a taste sensation!!!!! This is a great way to use up fresh bread which has maybe gone a wee bit hard. It softens up well in the oven, and garlic butter just makes it delicious!

  • 1 whole Baguette cut slices, but only 3/4 through the loaf so it stays as a whole loaf
  • 2 cloves Garlic finely chopped or crushed
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 50 grams Butter

  1. Preheat your oven to 180c. Mix your butter, garlic and salt in a small dish, then using a knife smear some butter in between each slice. Be generoius, and it will be nice and juicy!
  2. Wrap your baguette in tin foil, place in the oven and bake for approx 12 mins. Enjoy!
