Homemade Caramel Popcorn

A great way to chill out!



  1. Heat half of the oil in a large saucepan, add half of the corn and cover. Wearing oven gloves, cook over a low heat, shaking the pan constantly until all of th corn has poped.
  2. Remove the pan from the heat and leave with the lid on fo a few minutes - some corn may still pop, then transfer to a bowl and set aside. Repeat this with the remaining oil and corn.
  3. In a small pan over a low heat, melt the butter with the sugar and maple syrup until it is all well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture over the corn in the bowl, and use a wooden spoon to mix it all well. Now it should be ready to enjoy!
