Tasty homemade burgers, which are healthy and really easy to put together. Less than 600 cals with a wholemeal burger and some salad :)

  1. Mix of all of your ingredients well in a mixing bowl, mix with your hands to be more thorough - messy, but children will love that, if you have wee helpers! Now split into 4 equal size portions and mould into pattie shapes.
  2. Cook under a preheated grill for approx 15 minutes, turning once or more, until cooked through. Top with cheese and melt if you fancy it, and serve in a bun with some salad and tomatoes. Yum!
