This is a slimming world recipe, given to me by my friend Kath. It is lovely! Really quick and easy, but a tasty chinese treat.

Healthy Sticky Pork

This is a slimming world recipe, given to me by my friend Kath. It is lovely! Really quick and easy, but a tasty treat.

  1. Cut the pork into thin strips and season, fry in a little oil until cooked. Add Soy sauce, honey, lime, spring onions, tobasco, sesame seeds and about 4fl oz of water, cook for a further 2 mins. enjoy with some veg to be extra healthy, or with some boiled rice or noodles (still very healthy!). Deeelicious!!
