Such a nice easy breakfast, a lovely way to start your day. Drizzle with a wee bit of maple syrup for extra tastiness!

Instructions

  1. Mix your eggs, milk, salt and pepper in a shallow dish and allow the bread to soak for a minute on each side, then fry in a medium - hot frying pan with a little bit of butter and a splash of olive oil. Cook for approx 2 minutes on each side. Serve on own, or with a drizzle of maple syrup and even some smoky bacon. Delicious!!!!
