This is another great icing for any cake, to top with or to fill with. You can colour ir is as you like, or add any flavour you fancy.

This is another great icing for any cake, to top with or to fill with. You can colour ir is as you like, or add any flavour you fancy.

  1. Beat the butter in a large bowl until soft, then add half of the icing sugar and beat until smooth. Now add the remaining icing sugar and a tablespoon of the milk. Beat the mixture until creamy and smooth. Add the extra milk, if necessary, to loosen.
  2. Add food colouring, or other flavours as you like. For LEMON ICING, add a dash of lemon juice For ORANGE ICING add a dash of lemon juice For CHOCOLATE icing add a little cocoa powder, or, like I did add a dessert spoon of nutella - really creamy and gorgeous! For STAWBERRY icing - a dash of Strawberry falvouring and so on.... easy peasy!!! :)
