Cuttlefish and Haloumi cheese Skewers

Great any time of the year, cuttlefish can easily be substituted with squid. Simple, tasty and cheap! Delicious!
Ingredients
- 3 Whole Cuttlefish Cleaned and cut into bite sized pieces
- 150 Grams Haloumi Cut into bite sized chunks
- 1 Handful Fresh Oregano Leaves only
- 2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 Pinch Sea Salt
- 1 Pinch Freshly Ground Pepper
Instructions
- Thread the cuttlefish, cheese and oregano leaves, alternating ingredients, evenly across approx 12 skewers. Drizzle with some olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt and grind some black pepper over them. Grill or BBQ on a medium heat for about 5 minutes, turning regularly so they are nicely browned on all sides.
