Creamy Shitake Mushroom Sauce

Excellent sauce for going along with steaks.

  1. Mix the cream, sherry, soy sauce , sesame oil, orange zest and chilli sauce in a bowl
  2. Melt the butter in a frying pan add the ginger and mushrooms and put on a medium heat until they both soften.
  3. Stir the rest of the ingredients into the pan and bring to the boil. Then taste, adjust seasoning and simmer for 5 mins.
  4. Serve on the side with steaks!
