Great for carrot cakes, and any cake for that matter! Delicious - try not to just eat it with a big spoon like me! :)

Instructions

  1. Beat the icing sugar, butter, cream cheese and vanilla together by hand (or with a medium-slow speed) until the mixture comes together and is well mixed. Mix slowly and gently until the icing is light and fluffy, don't overbeat or it might go to runny.
