Great for using up the last bit of cereal no one wants to eat. Can also add chocolate buttons or raisins for variety

Instructions

  1. Mix the butter and sugar together until lights and fluffy. Then add the flour, vanilla and baking powder. You may need to add milk to loosen the mixture. Then pour in the cornflakes and stir. Place table spoons of mixture onto a greased proof baking plate. The mixture makes about 12 biscuits. Bake for 12- 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
