A variation of the healthy sticky pork, still very healthy but with a few added extras. This is really quick and really tasty. Enjoy with some rice or noodles.

Instructions

  1. First, chop all of your vegetables, and pork. Put the pork in a dish, add the garlic, onion, ginger, half of the spring onions, soy sauce, cooking wine, and lime juice. Leave this for as long as you can to marinade, cover dish. Then hear a little oil in a pan, add the marinated meat and cook for 3-5 minutes, then add the rest of the spring onions and veg. Cook until the meat is tender, maybe another 5 mins. Serve with rice or noodles and garnish with some chopped coriander and fresh chilli if you like. Really quick and really tasty!
