A great side for any Chinese Banquet

Instructions

  1. Grate the carrot into a bowl, toast the sesame seeds for a couple of minutes in a non stick pan, or wok, careful to to burn.
  2. Mix the soy sauce, vinegar, oil and sugar with the sesame seeds to make the sauce, pour the sauce over your carrots. Mix together well. This can keep in the fridge for a couple of days if covered.
