Chicken Gravy

This is a really good way to get all the flavour from your chicken, and it also helps with the cleaning up!!!

  1. Place your roasting pan on the hob, and bring to the heat. Add your wine, and bring to the boil for 2 mins, then add the water and bring to the boil. Now add your gravy granules, stirring all the time. Let this cook through to a velvety consistency. Serve up with your delicious roast chicken and enjoy your roast dinner! Easy peasy!
