This is a really quick, easy dish – perfect to put together with some leftover chicken, turkey, or quorn. Perfect with rice, veg, or in a pie :)

This is a really quick, easy dish - perfect to put together with some leftover chicken, turkey, or quorn. Perfect with rice, veg, or in a pie :)

  1. Heat the oil in a heavy based frying pan, add the onion and garlic and cook gently for a few mins until soft. Add the chicken now if raw, or mushrooms if you are using leftover cooked meat. Otherwise add the mushrooms once the chicken is cooked, add the wine and allow it to reduce a little before adding the cream. Allow the sauce to simmer gently for about 10 mins. Season to taste.
