Chick pea and Spinach Casserole

A family favourite that's very easy to make and cheap on the purse strings.

Ingredients

  • 450 grams Fresh Spinach stems removed, washed and drained
  • 2 tbsp Melted Butter And Oil
  • 1 Garlic Clove chopped
  • 225 grams Tin Of Chick Peas
  • 100 grams Feta Cheese cubed
  • 120 ml Sour Cream
  • Plain Boiled Noodles
  • Grated Cheddar Cheese

Instructions

  1. Shred the spinach. Heat the butter and oil in a saucepan and cook the spinach for 4 minutes. Add the chick peas and feta cheese. Season to taste and then stir in the soured cheese just before serving over the plain noodles. Then place grated cheese on top.
