Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200c. Whilst it heats, melt the butter and chocolate slowly in a pan, or microwave (it won't take long in the microwave so be careful not to burn the choc). Lightly butter your ramekin dishes with a little butter, and then drop a small handful of berries into each pot - not too many :)
  2. Beat the sugar and the eggs together, then slowly add the flour, mixing well. Now gently fold in the melted chocolate and butter mix.
  3. Now pour the mix evenly into the ramekins and cook for 12-14 mins in the oven. They should rise nicely, but still be a bit gooey in the middle - perfect :) enjoy straight away!
